44 Year Old Man Sentenced To 3 Years Imprisonment For Rape!!!

A Jos Upper Area Court sitting in Kasuwan Nama on Friday sentenced a 44-year-old, Adamu Abdullahi, to three years imprisonment for raping a nine-year-old girl. ‎ 

The Judge, Yahaya Mohammed, rejected the convict’s plea for mercy, having pleaded guilty. Abdullahi was jailed without an option of fine.‎ According to the judge, the sentence will serve as a deterrent to others.

The Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has reshuffled the State Executive Council and in the process appointed two new commissioners, Mr Samuel Aruwan, Senior Special Assistant, Media and Publicity to the Governor disclosed in a statement  on Friday.

U.S. President Donald Trump will not be made an honorary citizen of the small German town from which his grandparents emigrated, the town’s mayor Thomas Jaworek said on Friday after a council meeting.

Councillors in Kallstadt, the quaint village in Germany’s wine-making Rheinland region that was home to Trump’s grandparents, had been presented with a proposal to honour the newly inaugurated president.

DRUGS: Osun NDLEA Seizes 272kg Of Cannabis Sativa

The Osun Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has disclosed that it seized 272kg of Canabis Sativa and arrested one suspect. 

While briefing journalists, the State Commandant, Samuel Egbeola said 272kg of Cannabis Sativa in nineteen sacks were seized on the on 4th of January at Ifewara town of the state.

Wolff, the author of “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House” said he spent three hours with Trump during the presidential campaign and in the White House, rebutting Trump’s claim he never spoke with the writer for the book.
