Man In Court For Impregnating 10-year-old Daughter

An Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday granted bail in the sum of N500,000 to a man, Kenneth Abuya, who allegedly impregnated his 10-year-old daughter. The Chief Magistrate, Mrs B.O. Osunsanmi also directed that Abuya should produce two sureties in like sum. She ordered that the sureties must be property owners in Lagos State and should have evidence of tax payment to the state government.
